Ferncroft CC is proud to be the home court of the Boston Lobsters, part of World TeamTennis.

Ferncroft CC’s recently renovated pool, refurbished tennis courts, and brand new fitness room create a relaxing and fun setting for the whole family.

The pool provides a beautiful location for both adults and children to take a dip or relax.  The pool deck and interior were resurfaced in 2006 and in 2007 a new heater was added and the poolside bathrooms were fully refurbished. 
Ferncroft CC offers a full-service snack bar (see the poolside menu) and cocktails are also available by the pool.  New cabanas were added in 2007 for additional shade to complement the umbrellas and tented dining area.  Nearby, the volleyball court was turned into a sand play area for children that adjoins the large play structure.
Ferncroft’s tennis facilities and instruction, nonexistent as recently as 2005, are now outstanding. The four clay and four hard courts offer first-rate play for any level athlete and our professionals help members strengthen their games in clinics or private lessons.

The new fitness room boasts eighteen machines, including cardio, treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals, each with its own private television. A Cybex circuit trainer and PGA-endorsed TruStretch Station complete the options to attain a full workout.
